The thread "NEW - Restrict from Regatta Feature guide"

shows pictures as 'guide'.
(also included there is my opinion, that this is NOT a good thing, esp. not re HOW it is done.)
It refers to the November update (2018), and Playrix has neither mentioned it in their news nor described how it works.
