lol just to clarify a little. We do like to reach the top 3, but, don't go hell for leather trying to reach 1st. And we would prefer to come higher than 3rd, as no one seems to get boosters for 3rd. shrug >>> of course, first I had to look up "go hell for leather". LOL. Ok, so you do want to reach first place (for the boosters, not for the GLB!), but do it "slowly" during the racing week? That is what your "relaxed" is about? >>> You think I might get up to no good? evil laugh giggle >>>> How could I ever think that! a pink imp ... must be harmless, no? and I can't find out how to quote properly here

DD I've just installed a plugin. See if quoting parts of a post is any better. still a bit difficult to delete another quote in the quote, but it works much better and is also better visible what is quote and where it ends, so definitely better - thank you! :-) Could you also tell me, pls, how the BBCode can be turned off again (used it to look at the code) in a post, or where it is described? and where to post such a question? lol (sorry, can be moved, of course!)

still a bit difficult to delete another quote in the quote, but it works much better and is also better visible what is quote and where it ends, so definitely better - thank you! :-) You can highlight just the part that you want to quote and a 'quote' popup appears, then you can hit the quote button and just that portion will appear in your post. Not sure if that's what you did. It doesn't work so well, when wanting to quote more than 1 section as in this reply to you lol. There was another plugin that I wanted but I couldn't get it to work. I may try again. Could you also tell me, pls, how the BBCode can be turned off again (used it to look at the code) in a post, or where it is described? and where to post such a question? lol (sorry, can be moved, of course!) At the bottom of each post is BBCode and Preview. You can switch between the two.

Not sure if that's what you did. It doesn't work so well, when wanting to quote more than 1 section as in this reply to you lol. ok, tested that here - at first the "Quick quote"-popup vanished rather quickly again (as in QUICK, LOL). Then somehow managed to "hit" it. With replying separately to different parts of the quote, the normal Quote is easier, yes. BTW, somehow the "newer" look of the quoting has disappeared again - any idea why? it had like a frame around the quote and was much clearer to see. Oh, so "Preview" is the 'toggle' for BBCode?! I thought it was for post preview and was wondering why THAT didn't do anything, lol. OK, tested - works. Thanks!

With replying separately to different parts of the quote, the normal Quote is easier, yes. OK somehow I got it working better today. Not sure what I did yesterday, but, I highlighted your first quote, then clicked 'Quick Quote' (which didn't disappear) and it immediately pasted it into this post. I'm using Firefox on my lappy, don't know if it works differently on different devices/browsers. BTW, somehow the "newer" look of the quoting has disappeared again - any idea why? it had like a frame around the quote and was much clearer to see. I then highlighted your next quote and again Quick Quote popped it into this post.

Oh that sounds good! but am on the tablet now and there are differences to PC. F.e. can't get the Quick popup here at all, but it might be me. Will have to test it further a bit (is here a test area?). Thanks, as always! :-)
