hey, that's a good idea, looks great - thanks, Cathy! very good arrangement with the water (as I assumed already, it will fit better "on" water, but you have to work for that, too). lol, love the cow throwing its discus at it! (must still look up whether discus is an English word) miss you two's, too! as for explanations: did you use the "add attachment" button or what was "this way"? - but pointing at Pink anyway *g*

Charlie, bless 'im, posted this on playrix and reposting here in case it helps. ... Just wanted to add that his other (and my ;p ) post about trying to get two fireworks in neighbouring cells is also helpful and the starting point, so to speak.

As I don't have much land to play with, and the Art District is surrounded by a cobbled edge, I've not worried about surrounding it in water, instead just left it with it's own canal system. Here's mine and nh's

Boy, and when some of you cracks will give me an explanation again (one I can understand) about how to post them attachments other than this way ... Thanks in advance! lol Cathy, as this is a free site there's a limit on the amount/size of pics that can be uploaded. As png images are so huge, they are best uploaded from an external hosting site. If it's small you can just click on Add Attachment, bear in mind tho, that images uploaded this way, can't be seen by anyone not logged into the forum.

Many thanks for your and nh's example, Pink! these look good, too, indeed. Funny that you both have "surrounded" it with the fountain (as more water). I find yours looks like the water is coming underground from the mountain, intentional? and nh has also (for more water) the aquarium with the (golden thingy, forgot the word) next to it. (I have exactly that in the zoo, !) p.s. water tap is the word, it says here... is that its ingame name, too? still don't remember shrug

lol no mine wasn't intentional. I did a bit of rejigging, as the jazz band were originally there. Yes, the tap works well with the aquarium. Very nice idea, whoever first came up with that. It might be known as a faucet in the game, as Playrix tends to use American terminology, rather than English and I never bought it.
